Lol, anywaay, it's not about restricting those positions to the "noble class", his majesty or whoever nominates names does not know every Jordanian citizen in person, yes there MIGHT be some poeple out there who MIGHT do a better job, but if they do not prove themselves from between the thousands of competencies we have in Jordan the people in charge can't know of their existance, they prove to be worthy of those positions by hard work that banefits the country, charity work and a lot of things. If you were appointed as the prime minister and was told to choose the ministers you'll choose the most competent people you know, those you've known well enough to know of their true nature, you won't post an ad on Yahoo asking those who believe they're comopetent to come forward and audition for the job. This is why we have an elected council, so that every person who believes he can be of good use to this country and it's people can get a chance to reach high positions, a lot of people started in the parliament and ended up in the government, they proved their competency through hard work.
